Omotenashi Bento Box is a set of Japanese dishes that includes three kinds of small rice bowls topped with fresh seafood, along with grilled fish and vegetables. The seafood rice bowls feature:
• Salmon and ikura don
• Shrimp, squid, crab meat, and scallop don
• Medium fatty tuna and uni don
These are accompanied by bite-sized grilled black cod, shrimp and vegetable tempura, and spinach ohitashi.
Lunch
Makunouchi Bento is another traditional Japanese assortment of small dishes. It includes grilled black cod, fried fish cake, simmered eddo and squid, tamagoyaki (Japanese egg roll), sliced fish cake, spinach ohitashi, pickled vegetables, deep-fried chicken karaage, and fried shrimp.
